I came here to drop off Amazon return package at 11:45pm. The left machine does not work if you have a barcode already (amazon return label), it might show you error saying the package is too small or light. I used the right machine to scan the barcode and successfully dropped off the package within seconds. Got a printed tracking number from the machine and the package was picked up next day at 5pm. Make sure to drop off your Amazon return within the specified timeframe from the Amazon site.

Don't waste your time with this kiosk. Should have listened to the multiple other reviews. My prepaid Amazon return did not scan at the kiosk. Tried scanning all 3 barcodes on the label and got the same error. Note: The screen in the photo looks like it's asking for a QR code. This is just one of 3 options presented on the screen, the 2nd of which is scanning of a prepaid label. The other 2 options are out of frame.

Honestly, we’ve used this twice and both times it was the easiest thing ever. We used them for Adidas, not Amazon, returns but in and out within 2 minutes, with a tracking number.

If u r trying to ship something fast right after work otherwise you won’t get your refund from Amazon, don’t come here and just go to a staples. Don’t believe whatever the purolator person replied underneath by finding excuses like customers did not see return instructions blah blah blah. Don’t waste time here, this is just a fake returning station. Every time like 9/10 (just leaving 1/10 hope here that if I am having emergency and too desperate to go elsewhere) I tried here it’s not functioning. They literally have out of service on the returning slot or, together with 5 other customers who has been mislead to this location, we can’t figure out how it works here. Don’t you say every customer is dumb. I don’t know why Amazon start doing shipping with purolator, but I miss those old days by going to shoppers for canada post. It’s just that simple and they can’t even do that self-service well.

Easy way to ship returns for amazon. This is inside the mall. You can come thru the main entrance or via the Maji store.
