There’s a cute collection of old photography/ videography equipment and historical photos in this place! Like a small museum. I wanted to mail a package, staff was friendly but they weren’t able to provide a receipt! Maybe a Purolator thing.

Terrible hours. Noon-530 pm week days only. Ordered parts for my truck 2 weeks ago and they were delivered to my house, needed 1 more part and it arrived Friday but they say I can't come get it until noon on Monday. I will be shipping with anyone else from here on out due to their hours alone.

After getting a notice on my door that my package was at their depot today, I was spoken to in the most arrogant manner by a very young agent who, after chatting up his buddy behind the counter as I walked into the empty store, told me he was way too busy to look into where my package was or call the driver. He was so rude and proudly unhelpful, I've filed a formal complaint with Purolator. I won't ship with them again so long as that kid is at the counter.

Hours are from 12 noon. Canada required a COVID test after entering the country. You have 24 hours to cross the Yukon Territory. Office max will not accept COVID test in mailer. No, pick-up service available. How can you be compliant with the Canadian government. Put up a drop box Purolator. These test are in triple bagged in your mailer. Have some common sense. PLEASE!!!!!!
