I have been doing a dedicated run from here. Their rules are straightforward and make sense. My load has been ready most of the time 15-25 minutes before the scheduled time. The people have all been professional and easy to work with.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I needed a simple quote, I called the main line and a girl named Heather answered. Heather told me she will have to transfer me to a different department. After that I got transferred to every department there was and after being on the phone for TWO hours, I hung up and called that mainline again. Heather answered and guess what, she could help me with everything I required but instead of listening to me originally, she sent me on a two hour goose chase for a different department which could not help me. WORST customer experience ever! Common sense is too uncommon these days. Thanks for wasting my time Purolator and quoting me outrageous rates. $1764 to ship one box from Ontario to B.C., what a joke!

I have given this company a one star with would over rate them. When checking the status of my package it says the package left their facility at 3 different times on Oct 28th.Maybe they opened the package and are sending one shoe at a time and the laces separate. Also, when trying to contact them, they have a new number which will cost almost $5 to call. What a farce and who gives these companies license to operate?
