First, they're too lazy to put an ENVELOPE in my mail box and Instead left a notice so I have to drive out to Kam lake to puck it up Second, work hours are all over the place. This envelope happened to be an important legal document requiring an immediate response (guess who didn't respond to it in time because staff are never there to allow the pick-up of said envolope) Third, guy that works there is Incredibly rude. Finally was able to get there at the same time as an employee and parked on the side of the building (parking lot was too small for my vehicle to turn around in especially with all the snow) a d guy starts complaining about it say "what if one of my drivers hits you coming in" If the driver hits a PARKED VEHICLE, probably should not be driving in the first place.

One star only because I couldn't give zero stars. Their hours of operation are abysmal, as is the days when they are actually open. I don't know of another local business with such extremely restricted hours of operation and days open. They are way out in Kam lake which means a 10-15 minute drive to just find the doors locked and no drop off options. The other issue is I had to do an amazon return and the lady at the counter was on the phone with her back basically to me. When she glanced and saw the package she just pointed at the far end of the counter. There was also a male at the other desk but he was busy on his phone and never looked up. The worst part is it has been nearly a week and they still haven't registered my return with Amazon. I dropped of a return to Buffalo the next day and the credit has already shown up. I wish I had a choice of where to return things as Buffalo is five out of five.

I had a package shipped to my office, which was occupied all day 8:30am-7pm, and I still didn't receive my package. They said attempted delivery but the office was empty (I can assure you it was not). The only explanation I can think of is they went to the office next door which is vacant... but that is still a weak excuse since the name for my office and the logo are very visible in the hallway and only a few feet away. If you are going to go through the trouble of saying you attempted delivery, at least make it believable.

Terrible service. Cant even call for pick up service. Their message tells to call a 888 number for pick up. It costs 5 bucks to call them but this service isnt even available here in Yellowknife. Amazon now uses them for returns. I have sent a complaint to Amazon asking them to stop using Purolator. TERRIBLE!!

Forcing people to drive out to Kam Lake after not even attempting to do a delivery is brutal business. Especially when Purolator is supposed to be a premium courier service, at a premium price point. Maybe if they get enough one star reviews they will reflect on the way they do business.
