I visited the Purolator drop-off centre in June and the man working there was so friendly and helpful. I had never done an Amazon return there before and he made me feel so at ease. I also enjoyed our Raptors basketball banter ;)

Always had a bad experience with them. They charge me approx $45 per delivery within mississauga area. Every time i expect any delivery from them, their driver doesnât bother to ring the door bell or knock on the door. They donât put any efforts to deliver the package, always in hurry to finish the route because they get paid per parcel Doesnât matter its been delivered or not. In last three months i had three deliveries and each time they just left a note on the door and didnât even try to contact me. All the documents were very important and urgent. I had to go and pick it up every single time. Paid money and did job my self. Worst experience ever. Avoid their service.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I have experienced my worst customer service experience ever. I went to this location on September 2 at around 7:00 pm. The African lady working there was very very rude. She has absolutely zero knowledge of customer service. I was confused about the usage of the machine installed there for amazon return. She was very irritated while providing the instructions. She was so rude with me that my husband had to step in and remind her that her attitude is unprofessional. Unfortunately, she did not even bother to correct herself. On top of that, literally she had started fighting with him. She knows how to RUIN SOMEONEâS DAY. I wish there was a way to file a complaint against her. I was so embarrassed and angry that I wasnât in the right state of mind to ask her name. SHE ILLUSTRATED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. A worker like her is enough to ruin a companyâs reputation. She doesnât deserve to work in customer service at all.
