On monday the lady that helped me was amazing. At no fault of Purolator my package was delayed by the company 1.5-2 weeks and after making it to town on Monday it couldnât be delivered. She was very helpful in finding my package fairly close to closing. Super nice and quick! Thank you for the great service :)

My experience at this location is terrible - policies exist to protect consumers and that is understandable however when you make following the policy impossible with an absence of common sense then all you are doing is trying to be a problem. I sent a family member in with my photo ID, tracking slip, I called in and I also spoke to them on the phone while he was there - they made no attempt to help. They told me to email him consent and when I did that they still refused it. The woman who assisted us should not be client facing, my experience with another lady was exceptional but too late. I wonât be using purolator going forward.

We are lucky enough to live in the Southeast area of town, which means we are fortunate to have Ed as our normal delivery driver. To say he is amazing is a serious understatement. He never hesitates to go above and beyond. He always has a great smile and the most genuine positive attitude, even when it's minus/plus 40 outside. My husband has been getting a monthly medication delivery for about 3 years now and we have never encountered an issue during that time. Knowing that we never have to worry about a much needed delivery is such a weight off our shoulders. We also do a lot of online shopping, like many of us today, and anytime I can choose which delivery service to use, I will ALWAYS choose Purolator. I know my parcel will be handled with care from the time it is received from the shipper to the time the delivery is made to our door. Unlike a lot of other delivery services, Ed or the other drivers when Ed takes a well deserved day off, (we do tease him and remind him it is okay to take a day off now and then), take that extra few seconds to make sure our parcels are delivered safely and are not left on our front step just inviting porch pirates to take them. I could go on and on about Ed and all the staff/drivers at our local Purolator. They are truly fantastic! During these crazy times, there is a lot of negativity out there, we wanted to make sure to recognize some of the employees that help keep the world around us moving. Thank you all for everything you do!

Now I missed my delivery and have to try and figure out how to get it before your business shuts down at 6 (super inconvenient hours for anyone working 9-5). All mail delivery services are garbage and purolator is no exception

Talked to 4 different people and not one person actually knew what was happening! I ordered a package and it said delivered to my door at 12:14pm turns out it was at Purolator location in my city so I went there to get my package cause the first lady on the phone said they wont deliver it to my house and to pick it up from there location. I had went there and the 2 people at front desk didn't know where my package was then later told me it was given to a 3rd party courier and it would be delivered by 5:30pm that night! I called the next day to ask about it and explained what happened then the new lady on the phone told me the package was delivered at 6:56pm the night before.... My whole family was home and we did not receive a package or even hear the door or doorbell get rung!? So really confused where my package ended up and the lady on the phone was absolutely zero help... Once she said it was delivered on her end that's when she thought her job ended. If i clearly don't have my package then your job is not done. Also would not tell me who the 3rd party courier they gave my package to was, which is now MIA. Would like to say they have terrible customer service either don't know what is happening or they are a see you next Tuesday. They also don't care for your package all the way to the door they just pass it off to smaller couriers and if its doesn't get delivered after that then its not there problem anymore. This company you can easily tell is all about quantity over quality. IF YOU ARE BACKED UP AND MORE BUSY AS A COMPANY THEN YOU CAN HANDLE THEN MAYBE LESSEN YOUR WORK ORDER.

Dealing with the front line staff at this location has always been pleasant and professional. I have never had a problem sending packages with them. Just remember, you can't send stuff in alcohol boxes. I've had Parcells delivered to my house by them roughly 8 times a year for over 2 years now - never had an issue. The driver is always friendly and professional. They have given me a better experience than other shippers, and from what I remember they have better prices too. They won't blow you away but they will get the job done, and done right.

I had a horrible day today. I drive to three different locations with a screaming three year old, constantly being told that they couldn't help me. All I was trying to do was, ship my textbook that I rented from my college, back to the bookstore to avoid over due fees. By the time I reached this location, I was fed up and exhausted pf being told over and over that I couldn't be helped. The lady at this location was wonderful. She listened to me, did everything she could, and then actually helped me and sent me on my way. I can't remember her name, but she had really nice eyelashes. Thank you. for turning my annoying, horrible day into a better one (:

Absolute worst courier in Medicine Hat! Spoke to cust. serv half a doz times and their delivery agent still cant find an address. Apparently their bots keep overriding the address and sends the delivery agent astray. Theyre too lazy to call the receiver. Hoping you lose all your amazon contracts!!

Local people I dealt with in Medicine Hat were great, but overall service as far as delivery in Edmonton terrible and also with the company as a whole when trying to inquire and get answers about terrible service regarding delivery. Wonât be using their service or recommending anymore. Unfortunately a few unprofessional people and also the policies regarding Covid; basically letting terrible service go because nothing is guaranteed, has ruined Purolator for me. Iâm sure thereâs lots of great people that work there but they have to take accountability as a business and realize when people have a bad experience for whatever case it ultimately falls on the company.

Absolutely terrible experience and a company that lies to its customers. I had a package shipped 7 days ago with express 2 day shipping, it will take 9 days to receive this package. I really needed the package by the weekend so after seeing the package was located in Medicine Hat I called them and asked if I could pick it up. They gave me the runaround. I called the 1-888 number and spoke to a supervisor. They put me on hold while the contacted the local depot and requested they have the package ready for me it pick up, I was told it was arranged and to expect a call when it was ready. I waited two hours to hear from the local depot and they never reached out to me. We tried calling with our land line and they would not answer (same number they were supposed to call), pretty sure they were screening our number as when my wife used her cell they answered on the first ring. They gave us the runaround again and said nobody contacted them. I called the 1-888 number again and got a confirmation that there had been 2 way communication with this hub. Completely ridiculous. I understand things are behind due to covid but for 2 day shipping to take 9 days, and the package to be at the local hub for 2 business days, so far, is unacceptable. To offer to pick it up myself and save them time only to get lied to is also completely unprofessional. I hope I never have to deal with Medicine Hat Purolator again! To be fair the online support through twitter was great and they tried to help us as well as the people at the 1-888 number, they seemed genuinely concerned and tried to get my package into my hands. The issues were all with the local depot. Lies, screening our calls and didn't make a single effort to help us out. Edit: Interesting seeing a review from 4 days ago where a customer was able to pick up a package and they would not accommodate us whatsoever

They do not ever even make a attempt to make a delivery, I always go check my door throughout the day and find a ohh we sorry we missed you come pick up your parcel at this time skip, NEVER ONCE have had a knock or a buzz. If i had a choice and never had to have something shipped by Purolator I would be happy. TRASH TRASH TRASH

Website claimed delivery Thursday. Later, website updated to say delayed due to missed delivery, even though someone was home all day waiting for the package AND just in case... there was a note on the door saying to leave it in as specified location. In the past, if a delivery was not possible, other companies have left a note on the door. There was nothing left. A call to Percolator confirmed that they didn't even attempt a delivery and claimed the truck was too full! I tried to arrange to pick it up myself on Friday, but they couldn't confirm that they could have it in the shop and that I'll have to wait for another attempted (or unattempted!) delivery. Failing that, I MAY be able to pick up the package at the end of the day, but there is no way for me to know. 'Sorry'. Terrible organization and lousy customer service.

Package was supposed to be "express post" got a package around Christmas time of the exact same item faster then I did now not one problem. Discouraged by how these people treat their job leaving minutes before 530 I called at 520 n they sent it to fax.. and they make you wait all day until 445 for them to get back to the warehouse where they leave less than an hr later.. Google maps seems to not be able to get the address right too? What a joke. Will definitely think twice before ordering through this company again!!

Got phone call about deleivery attampted yesterday when I was there in my apartment for entire day and no body came in. I complained on amazon about the same. If I have to pick up my stuff from their center than i dont understand the meaning of Purolator courier deleivery service.
