Normally you guys are pretty good. But lately no. I work for a company that sees you guys regularly, there seems to be some new people with zero matters that will bang on the door while we are CLOSED until someone opens up or leaves. Now today, they finally showed up after opening time but when I said "hold on a sec" while I checked our office if we had any boxes the man just walked out the door! Like incredibly rude.

Last half a dozen shipments over the past 6 months (not by choice as I learned my lesson but sometimes if no choice presented for diff shipping it just happens) the driver will literally pull up while I'm home park on the street in front of my house, wait 1-3 seconds then drive away. No notice no attempt to deliver no call no text no email. And if I don't see the driver do this I never get the package it sits at Purolator for awhile and is returned to sender. I never get contacted or ever find out I had a package till it's received back where it came from and the shipper notifies me. If I am home and see the driver do this I can eventually sometimes manage to get it but it's hard without any notice of attempted drop off. I've complained several times to HQ and to the FSJ depot(s) -all of them- , and I never get anywhere they tell me sorry that happened we can't do anything. Have a good day. Or they just don't believe me. The HQ main # tells me it will be investigated and not happen anymore send me a gift apology basket twice now but it still happens every single time. I recommend going with literally any other courier especially if it's time sensitive or important.
