Ordered Parts that was coming from Toronto, One out of two pieces was on a separate truck. I went to the Depo in Sault Saint Marie in the off chance it was there. It wasn't, however Sharon Said she would call me the minute it was sent out for delivery. She followed through! She called me this morning saying it was out for delivery. Amazing service from Sharon!!! Thank you.

BE AWARE! Always get/demand a return receipt for your Amazon returns. The staff where will refuse to provide a return receipt, steal your item and deny the package was ever handed to their depot. There is Zero accountability for lost or stolen items by staff or corporate.

Terrible service!!! My package has been sitting at the sorting facility in Toronto for over A WEEK now!!! Have been trying to call purolator to speak to an actual person and after being put on hold for 10-15 mins I get disconnected!!! So disgusted in this delivery service!
