Received great service from this branch! I went to pick up a parcel addressed to my husband, but since it was from the Office of the Registrar only my husband could pick it up - a small caveat I was unaware of. They went above and beyond to try and figure out a secure solution to get me the parcel so I wouldn't have to come back, all after closing time as I had come in just before they locked the doors for the night. Thank you Kobkaew for your patience with me and doing everything you could to help me in my situation, and doing so while maintaining the security of the parcel. Every time I order something that gets delivered by Purolator I'm forced to go and pick it up from their depot because they don't knock or ring the bell and just leave the package slip in the door. Edit: Emailed in tracking number as requested and received no response.

Terrible customer service, terrible service in general. Once again, Purolator's "Attempt" to deliver "Missed Me". No doorbell, no door knock, no parcel, just a sign on the door that says I can pick it up tomorrow. Even though I was home, and no one actually tried to get my attention - just stuck the slip on the door and left. To make matters more frustrating, there's no way to talk to an actual person on the phone, they just direct you online, where you talk to a 'virtual assistant'. By the time you actually get connected to an agent, you get told that they can request redelivery for the next day, but also that any request takes one to two business days to review - so I can take my chances that it will be redelivered, or rearrange my schedule to go pick it up and hope that it's actually at the MacKay Crescent location. The fact that it's standard procedure for drivers to come to the door with no parcel, just the slip (I've seen it numerous times), tells you that they aren't even trying to deliver parcels, which is just incredibly frustrating.

DO NOT SHIP FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Ordered a work jacket out of Vancouver got to Fort McMurray just fine but once it got in purlator warehouse it somehow went missing. Called purlator multiple times, two weeks in a row they told me it was in their warehouse and would be shipped to me over night. On the third week they told me it wasn’t there any more, but they don’t know where it got to. Got a trace put on it, two weeks later get a email saying they don’t know where it is and basically better luck next time. Can’t get any response from purlator, trace department stop responding to my emails. Is this what I now have to do to get a response from them?

I will never order anything if Purolator is the carrier. What a nightmare to actually get my parcel. After contacting customer service 3 times to correct my address they attempted to deliver 2 days after to the old address. Finally it was out for delivery to the pickup location then it was returned back to the sorting center. Never again

Every time with "attempted delivery" either they leave it or say they attempted. They never knock or ring and if it says attempted delivery they attempted nothing. Protip purolator: most people have a system now that says if someone approached your door, knocked on it or rung the door bell. Every time we get attempted delivery i watch the cam no notice of anyone, rewind no one goes to either door. Jesus christ purolator is a complete joke you have to wait for 3 fake attempted deliveries before you can finally pick your item up cause they wont even hold it or do signature release. Been avoiding purolator for years now and after this week I remember why.

Poor service from Purolator always from the lady doing the Eagleridge route for 18 Oct, she came in this morning, buzz our apartment code and we answered her, we could heard her chatting away in the background, we said Hello, Hello, she didn't answered and before we went to the door from 4th floor to the entrance, she disappeared, we only found sticker at the door. Not a good service and they don't make second attempt for delivery. That's sad. Please, can you get them to be a little patience and actually make the attempt to see the owner of the package they are delivering? Bottomline, I need my item today. Thanks

It’s one of those stores that doesn’t engage in correspondence with the clients. I’m 2 hours north of Fort McMurray and I’m unable to release a package to anyone in the area. My name, my tracking number. This is because the tracking number is on a door tag that doesn’t exist because it was hold for pickup. “Anyone can get the tracking number, so you have to draft a brief letter stating that you’d like your package released” because whomever would potentially steal a package is incapable of drafting a letter? Are they go signature match? Do a forensic audit? No. It’s just red tape to be disagreeable. Not only will I never use this Purolator again. I’ll never use Purolator. The only recourse I’m afforded is this review and my deferred business.
