Just had a package delivered a day early. The delivery person noticed I had a package ready to go on the table (also going via Purolator). He asked if he could save me a trip to drop it off. It's the little things that make the biggest impact as far as customer service goes. Thanks for the exceptional service today.

Received a package today delivered to Summerside by Purolator, shipped by Amazon. It was on my steps without any plastic wrapping in the pouring rain, all the items inside are totally soaked. Have had parcels delivered by Canada Post , in the rain and they are always in plastic provided by the delivery service. Never use these guys again if I can avoid them. Not good customer service at all

Worst service ever I would not give even a star if that was possible. I had paid 100 dollars for pickup and drop service for my documents to BLS international, my pickup date was20th june 2022 , my pickup timing was between 10 am -12pm , the purolator guy rang my doorbell and did not wait even a second , I walked out and saw him just drive off, I then had to take a taxi and drop off my documents and when I explained to them what happened the employees there did not even care . What a waste of my time and my money . I deserve a refund for being put through such mental stress

Package was suppose to be delivered on a Friday but missed the truck connection so had to wait the weekend then Monday they tried to deliver it to the wrong house when my address was correct and didn’t let me know until they closed :/
