I thought purolator was to deliver to your door? Why is it that every package I get , I have to take time out of my work day to do their job and go pick it up?

The Purolator driver that typically delivers in my area, Mike is excellent. Last week I had an important package being delivered and although it might be part of his job, he took the extra time to actually call me to see if he could leave it on my doorstep or if he should take it back to the Purolator depot for pick up. This is the second time Mike has called to check in to see what I wanted done with a package and his extra diligence is so appreciated.

Rude, unhelpful front end staff. Their tracking also makes no sense. They did not attempt to deliver my package to my door, I received NO delivery notice. The online tracking said Returned to Sender, but according to them that means it was available to pick up and its my fault for not coming in to get it when it said returned to sender. The worst. Typical rude PA service here. Zero stars if I could.

all the time its happened to me .i m all time home and they never come .and always call for pick up .How do they expect me to pick up my package within five days if I work while they’re open and my break is while they’re closed? If they changed their hours to be not as ridiculous and fifteen minutes longer then I would actually have time to pick up my packages. Not to mention they always get so upset when I say I cannot pick up.
