I work here part-time as a warehouse worker during morning shifts. It's a nice place to work. People are very polite and helpful. Work is also not that stressful. Mobile phones are not allowed during work. There is bus stand right in front of the office which takes you to corte-vertu metro station, hence very easy to commute.

Good location, huge facility and staff is helpful. Lot of parking spots available. Quick response by workers and they have knowledge about all available services.

I missed the delivery and there is no way to contact the driver. He did not bother to call on my number on file either when he was there. Now I have to drive 30 min to get to their warehouse to get my product. Edit: currently at the distribution center been waiting 15 minutes to get my package back. Edit 2: all in all took me over an hour calculating transport and wait time to obtain my package instead of being a pain free home delivery as I expected. Terrible user experience.

Where do I start. Rogers sent my new IPhone with this company. Tried to Deliver it to the house. Left a pick up location. Called and said someone In my name with proper ID picked up my package. Filed a claim asked to provide proof via Camera and signature. They tell me the matter is closed and now will have to get a police report. SCAM

Update: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3 because I ended up with very good customer service when I called. My advice would be to call to request a delivery change rather than use the chat bot on the website. My package came the next day once I called and explained the situation. I ended up needing a replacement product (not because of Purolator) and the second package came quickly and I was home when it was delivered. Package was supposed to be delivered last Tuesday. Came a day earlier when I wasn't home. Got a notice to pick up at the Purolator facility here. Went online and used the online assistant to put in a request for re-delivery on Thursday, when I would be home. Request went through but I didn't get an update. They tried instead to deliver it on Wednesday, when I wasn't home. They sent it for delivery again on Thursday, but instead of sending the package to my house, they sent it to a pickup counter in some store a neighborhood over. It's a large package and I don't have a car. Horrible service. If I had the choice (I didn't in this case) I would never deal with Purolator again.
