This is the second time I got a problem with Puro. 1st was a half crushed box from amazon, luckily it was the foam filled part taking the hit, but today it wasn't better. I was working from home, waiting for my delivery, left for maybe 30 seconds to drink water before noticing the delivery truck. No one knocking on the door. Leaving in plain sight from the road my package box worth nearly 800$ of computer's hardwares, the guy not even taking the time to knock on the door and leaving in a hurry.

Think twice before buying someting shipped throught Puro on residential services. Only one attemp of delivery will be made and you cant know at what time they will come. I then had to miss some work to go collect my package at their nearest office( 50 km from my town) cause they are only open from 8:30 to 17:30...

Disappointed because I was not able to reach someone to make a delivery arrangement but I picked it up at their warehouse and unfortunately had to return it to their warehouse a few days later, super friendly staff, the 2 ladies who served me...smiling, really nice, courteous, I tip my hat to them!! Wonderful service to these 2 ladies!!

I don't know what the joke is, I order something, they go to my house and they don't leave the package returned, I'm going to go buy it in the store instead of driving 45 minutes to go to Saint Joseph! !!!!
