You have my name and address. At my address there’s an intercom with my name in it, that you can buzz to get into the building and drop off my package. Somehow this was too complicated and now I don’t have my order on time for when I need it. 0/10 experience every time I’m unfortunate enough to have Purolator delivering anything for all sorts of reasons. The purolator customer service rep was helpful enough but fire the delivery person if they can’t figure out something as simple as an intercom list.

I've dealt with Rajesh a few times now picking up my packages - he's always been extremely quick, friendly, and efficient. Way better than any other company I've dealt with. No complaints!

The building has an area reserved for parcels. at the time mentioned there were employees in the office, I never had problems with deliveries from other companies, this is the first time. I don’t have a car and now I have to go to this place to pick up my purchase.

A staff was at 2:48pm today was so rude. He upset when I asked a receipt, and didn’t allowed me to take a picture of he scanned the return. I returned an Amazon item 5 hrs ago and still not showing I returned the item on the app. Usually, Amazon returned is immediately recorded in the Amazon app. If the item is missing, I’ll sue the staff.
