It’s not 24 hour. You can access it by entering the main entrance on bloor/ church. Walk straight and toward the right. You will see a door by the south tower sign. After entering it will be on your left.

The place wasn’t too hard to find and the security was very nice about helping to find it. But the box was completely full to the point where I opened it and could have easily grabbed about 20 packages.. I didn’t leave my package because it didn’t really fit and I didn’t want to risk someone stealing it. They need to pick it up more.

I don't want to give even 1 star. I have dropped the package a week back still no confirmation on this with Amazon. Tried calling customer service of purolator call waiting more than 20 mins to connect to the agent still no response. Better please mention, what are pick up times of this drop box

Drop box is super small, much smaller than the box I needed to drop off at the purolator drop box edit: used the box again and noted it is not the hours listed. It coincides with the business hours of the office so about 7ish am - 6pm

This is not 24 hours unless you stay in the building. Building closes at like 6 and the drop off is some random box in a back room no one can find. So stupid.
