They have wasted all my day for picking a parcel. I literally took a leave for this thing. I waited for 5 hours as the time i have got for a pickup. Thanks for Aren to assist me so good, but the thing is for me the time is so important, i have dropped my other work for this. Rescheduling isn’t the only thing u can do, but to do things on time. Other thing is the phone number is for a reason, u should call us for any update that the driver is coming early, late or whatever the update is.

0 star option??? Back and forth with them over a package they " delivered to the right house" and claimed someone must have broken into my house to sign for the package they delivered HA. Told me there was nothing i could do about my 1,000 dyson now missing. So i took matters into my own hands knocked on every door on my street found my dyson. They still claim it was dropped off to the correct house.. so we have bigger issues. A ghost received this package at my house and walked it all the way down my street to infact the wrong address. They let a stranger sign for this package that was not me or have my address on their ID. But im the one in the wrong :)

I wouldn't even give them a rating. They refused to deliver to my building, then gave me a hard time about my apartment complex, then the lady at the store said I was threatening her and refused to give my husband a package because I expressed I was upset with the service. No I didn't yell, I was calm and polite. She started screaming she felt threatened then refused service. Like do your job! Wouldn't be so bad if this was one time. It's happened several times. I'll never ship with this company.

Apparently if they can't enter the apartment building they just give up without calling, and no reattempt in delivery until 2 business days or we have to pick up. What's the point? I've had intelcom and canada post call me twice before leaving. Please Amazon give me a choice for carriers because I will NOT be choosing purolator.

I do not know a delivery service worse than this! They will never be delivered to the address! They'll never call!! You can spend the whole day and waiting for the promised parcel, but they won't even call you that they've arrived, they'll just say that they couldn't get access or the door code! I’m disappointed, used Purolator Express service hoping to get a package “the next business day” but that’s not the case. The tracking is confusing, for example the package arrives at the same sorting facility twice a day 10 hours apart and when I asked about it they said it was being weighed again🤦🏽‍♂️ bare in mind this was 10 hours apart. Not happy at all

I requested Amazon years ago to stop shipping to my address with purolator as they would never deliver on time, lose my packages, ding dong ditch on anything needing signatures, leave my parcel at the facility and never actually put it on the delivery truck when I’d have someone at home all day waiting for the parcel. Anytime I order online and get the tracking number from purolator I wince about the headache future me will have to deal with. This time I had my package delivered to the completely wrong house on the wrong street. Even if you misread my address there is no logical reason my parcel was delivered to that address.

Terrible customer service. The online rep is no use and when calling the grande prairie branch they hang up on you when you’re trying to get some help. They say to call the 1-88 number but if that was working I wouldn’t have called the GP branch!

Apparently the people working at Purolator don’t know how to use a phone since I’ve been sitting on hold for over 20 minutes now. I tried calling to ask about a package that’s out for shipment but got no response which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. UPS and Canada post provide much better service over all.

Can’t speak for others but they deliver medication on time, every time and never missed a delivery in the last 3 years on every Thursday. Nice courier lady always brings my dog a treat also, great people and service IMO.

Incredibly rude customer service called me and tried to argue with me about my address being wrong. I tried to explain and I was met with a major unwarranted attitude problem and a condescending tone. Yikes.
