Had to drive 30km each side to collect my courier because they dropped in during office hours. Upon requesting to re delivery I was told we cannot getting an estimated time as to when they can try to redeliver. 9- 5 is a pretty wide window to be waiting. When you’re working . Also, pickup available on Saturdays but no delivery. Disappointed! 3 stars because the customer service (on call) was apologetic and provided the best option she could at the time . Please improve your delivery methods . Hoping to come back and give a better rating if improvement are seen🙂. PS not going to respond to system generated responses that I have been reading in the comments😊

Delivered my package to a random address in Barrie even with the right address from my end and rogers. No communication while I’m currently being billed from rogers however after calling rogers and dealing with them they helped me out great and got me a new modem, however I know they still do not have their other modem that some random person signed for (wasn’t me) and ended up at some random address, I strongly suggest using Amazon or UPS even Canada post has better customer service and actually answer you. Severely disappointed. Will never use Purolator again if I can help it. This is not the first time this has happened from the company as a whole.

The delivery guy did not try to contact me what do ever to deliver my package. But still continued to say I was not there yet I was. I went to pick my package up at the warehouse and they told me it was not there. Not the first time I’ve had problems they are the WORST. Definitely won’t be using again.

This is so typical of a Canadian company that thinks they have a monopoly and can do as they please. I regularly get items delivered by UPS, FEDEX, and other couriers to my rural address, which has a gravel driveway, with no issues at all. It's good engough for all of them except Purolator. With Purolator it's always "safety concerns", "location inaccessible" and the items gets sent back to the sorting facility. I take my kid to school daily in a front wheel drive Mazda 3 and yet these princesses can't be bothered.

Is it really that hard to read a shipping label.. package was delivered to the wrong town.. yup wrong town I had to go get myself and its damaged.. once again the customer service industry is officially dead.. hey purolator maybe screen your drivers a little better to see if they can read... remember I said you delivered to the wrong town.. not even close.. you get one star because you actually got it in a truck.. good for you.. maybe next and there will never be a next for me. You can hit the right town.. for the rest of us.. they FedEx or Ups... these people cant do the job.. hey just had a thought maybe you should get your drivers hooked on phonics.. worth a try.. never again

Only delivery service that refuses to deliver to my apartment. They don't even leave the delivery slip in a private area, just slap it on the lobby door. Always have to pickup from their wildly out of the way shipping hub. I now cancel any orders that attempt to ship through them since I'll just have to drive out and pick them up anyways.

This is the worst "expedited" shipper in Canada. 100% of the time I do not receive a knock, doorbell when I am home and no notice left ever! Because of COVID, I was home yesterday and the shipping says "tried to deliver" flat out lie. I am at work today and it's on the truck out for delivery again, when I tried to get it redirected to my work (2 blocks from the depot) I was told by the CSR that it would delay it further. An extra THREE DAYS. What a joke of a company. Wow. Avoid at all cost.

Did not accept my appointment to pick up my package, I had confirmed it over the phone twice to make sure that the request went through and they did not check the system to accept it or whatever was the reasoning is, so my package was sent back to sender. Very inconvenient.

After waiting around the house to receive my package which requires a signature, I come outside and on the phone door I have a slip saying " sorry we missed you " and I can pick up my package at the Purolator store in barrie. At that time there were 3 of us at home and 2 dogs, now if someone knocked on the door or rang the door bell we would have known right away. Clearly that did not happen. I call Purolator to inquire and it's met with attitude. Never use Purolator.

Worst customer service .if you face any delivery issue you will never be able to call or chat with the customer service agent . The virtual assistance is worse .If there are any changes in the delivery you’ll get a mail after an hour and you wont receive any messages even if you subscribe for it . There are more delivery companies better than purolator but never use this company if you want to have your parcel delivered at your doorstep.
