Don’t use Purolator. Lazy drivers. Will not spend one second looking for a location if they aren’t sure. Just turn around and call it undeliverable. Management is no better. Can’t listen to simple instructions to arrange for pickup. Find a different shipping provider. Lots of them out there.

I feel like I was disrespected due to being Indigenous. I missed my package as I was in classes as a business student. Two ladies non status would not accept my photo ID because it’s a Status ID. It didn’t contain my address so I brought a piece of mail but they still would not allow me to retrieve my package. Your company shouldn’t discriminate against First Nations people. There are many First Nations people who are really good people. We do not deserve this type of treatment.

Driver didn't even knock, instead left me a pick up slip. So I now have to drive 20 minutes to pick up my package. Why would I choose to have it shipped directly to my home when I now have to drive to go get it? Purolator is terrible.

Experienced Racism at Purolator. shipment was supposed to be delivered on 8th Dec, Once I reached home saw note from Purolator sorry we missed you, Well if my delivery is supposed to be on 8 Dec why the hell did you tried on 7th Dec and saying we are sorry, on above if you are why dont you inform the customer, call them or email if they will be available. Its a BDay gift and not been able to give them on time. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Onve again they 2nd time they failed to deliver, I myself with my daughter went to pick my courier. I have to say that one of the counter staff was not only misbehaved she also passed RACIST comments. I did a complaint on their customer service number and they gave me that they will make sure that this should not happen to anyone, however I am not sure on this. But She was so rude that when my daughter just told her that I also work in customer service and this is not the way I would handle customers, in response she in a very loud and rude way said please leave.

Never had an issue with the facility. My local pickup point burned down, so we have to go here. It's out of the way, but it's on major routes which is nice when roads are less than idea in the winter.
