Package has been in Prince George for 3 days just sitting there because they don’t want to work. By the time they get to work there I’m sure they won’t be able to make it the 6 hours down the hwy to me because they are probably not smart enough to look ahead at the weather and see that they got to get moving before they back everyone up completely right at Christmas to is just perfect

Very poor delivery and customer service. I always have the problem with the Purolator. Despite of the precise address, the can’t find my location and even the don’t call me. For each package I always have to go to the facility to pick it up. They literally waste my time.

Driver delivered my parcel to wrong house without checking name and house number on parcel. My house is 8321 and person delivered to 8231.Bad service. Poor customer service too.Failed to find my parcel.I found my parcel by myself after spending few hours.

Poor customer service and delivery service. Waiting for an important document that was supposed to be mailed. Driver just left the pickup note while i was going downstairs to receive the package.

Update your holiday hours like every other large company so I don’t waste my time and money coming into town. Thanks for not taking the 5 minutes to do that.
