Twice now my package was not delivered to the local courier where the tag left on my door said it would be. Instead it was brought back to their warehouse 45 minutes away and not put back on the truck for delivery the next morning as it should have been. Getting ahold of customer service took 25 minutes on hold, waiting. Now I have to try again tomorrow morning and see if they can follow these simple instructions again.

This is an ongoing problem at Purolator, packages being late. The excuse was always weather, but this time it has been a "mechanical" delay, for the past week. My package came by mail faster than Puralator. I'm not sure why companies use this service for shipping. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

Tracking said it was out for delivery the last 2 days with an in transit in-between. I wonder if they took It to the wrong house again.

This is the third time now that the delivery driver has deliverd my packages to the wrong address they keep leaving it outside my elderly neighbors house my house number is perfectly visible out side my house pure incompetence and if you want me to email you my tracking number then please send me your email address and will gladly do so . Three times in a row come on.

If you need anything on time, do no order from a place that ships with Purolator. Always delayed for stupid reasons and the service reps are useless
