Parcel is held hostage all weekend after I called the previous day to let it be available to pickup. Driver faked delivery and held the parcel in his truck for two days. --- Edit: Now 3 days without parcel, can't reach customer support online or by phone. When I asked friday to make sure the parcel can be pickedup they havent made the change, so the parcel is still in a truck where the driver doesn't do it's job. FYI: My house is literally 5 min away from the sort facility

One of the worst company that never deliver expectation. They can't deliver my parcel correctly and they want me to go to their distribution center that i'm not able to go because I have no car. I expect a delivery and they cant do their job... I hate Purolator and i'll make sure i'll never use their service in my entire life.

Just hope that Purolator won't be your shipping service. They provide the worst service. Edit: They did it again, when I thought it couldn't get worse. I wish there was a magic button I could press to never have to deal with this company again, I would pay for it.
