Ordered a package so that it would come a day while I'm home and the day before delivery the tracker stated a delay but the estimated date didn't change so I made sure I was home. 24 hours later I called customer service and was told it would be delayed to the next day instead. I said it would be nice to know that and she said "We can't call everyone". Useless tracking information needs to be updated. I don't get much from Purolator but there's usually a problem. It's usually the behind the scenes people, every driver I've dealt with has been great. I had a package from UPS that was shipped after this one, from the same area, but UPS was able to get my delivery on time as they stated.
