Worst experience with a shipping company. I had a package shipped on January 3rd. It made it to Startford on the 6th, and now has been waiting there for 7 business days. I called multiple times for them to start looking into it. They DO NOT care or track late packages unless a customer calls in......Apparently having reports is too hard for them. Ontop of that, they dont start looking for it until there is a description of the package......Because the tracking number isnt good enough?? lol. They keep telling me it is heavy, so their subcontractors might just not want to do it........Not sure why they would say this to a customer and not just fire that company? I am less than 30 minutes away, but cannot pickup my package as now they arent sure if they have lost it or not. They didnt start looking until 3 days after it was late... The tracking site has had no updates or delays mentioned. There is also no ETA and I am still waiting. This company deserves to go out of business. Cant track a package, cant ship a package, and cant allow me to go pick it up because they arent sure if they lost it or not. And they cant give me ANY timeline on looking for it as well.....
