Visited on July 18, 2022 @2:35pm Most of these negative reviews are about the delivery service, and so I cannot speak about that. However, I visited this location to drop off something. I was greeted by the most friendly worker. She was helpful, quick and kind. I actually spent more time parking my car than I did in the store! Amazing service.

By far the worst costumer service. After a week of them missing the delivery I still cannot get my package. everything from holding for an hour on phone, virtual assistant that does nothing, and the pickup location which only lies about the expected pick up date. The runaround for 7 days and I still have no idea where my package is!!! I didn't choose these guys, Lowes choose them to deliver an online part to me.... obviously because they are cheap because a quick look up and you can see that Purolator is rated the worst. And there's a very good reason for it.... they are!!!

Very bad customer service. Purolator needs to train staff better. They will not release stuff even to family members of same address even after getting authorization from all parties. Making things really frustrating. They make up false rules to hold on to packages and not release. Even after Purolator supervisor at customer service says they make notes on account to release. But somehow when I come to pick up, an elder lady at front desk says there is no note made by the supervisor at Purolator

As my delivery was getting delayed and what they answered me is that that couldn’t find my address. Meanwhile, when I visited in person for pickup I showed them all the receipts od my order n still want the authorization letter. The only thing I’m worried about is that there’s a baby formula in the package and they’ll send back to the sender which will take another 10 to 15 days to receive back my shipment. A South asian lady is super disgusting with her customer service skills and not ready to listen a word

Worst pick up service by Driver. He called me and said he’s at front door when I clearly mentioned basement. Anyways, I told him to come to the basement as my baby was sleeping and without listening to the whole thing he disconnected and stood at first door which wasn’t my basement door. When I opened the door he yelled and said “you should’ve told me man”. I didn’t say anything cause I was holding my baby and I didn’t wanna wake him up. I then handed over my parcel and thanked him. He didn’t respond. So rude service.
