If I could give no stars I would. This place is ridiculous. First of all, I had an extremely expensive package coming that I paid nearly $4000 for. I took the day off to wait for the package. By the time it was around 3pm I checked to see what was going on. I did not receive a notification or anything even though I signed up for it. But it said my package was attempted to be delivered. What a lie. I did not hear no door bell and upon checking outside my house door I did not see any paper or note left for me to pick it up. I called their customer service line where the agent proceeded to keep defending the delivery driver until I demanded to speak to her manager. The manager was no help at all either. I finally received a text stating my package is at the facility. Upon arriving after driving for Wo minutes I picked it up only to notice my package was damaged. How could you let your delivery people do this? My package was delicate and expensive and they just throw it around? It was a camera lens and those are fragile and expensive. Had I known it was going to be Purolator I would have requested to pick up the item in store instead as the box would be better condition and handled properly. Moving forward if any package comes from Purolator I will ask to have it delivered by another company or pick it up instead.
