Nice and quick service. The staff is super friendly. If you return Amazon packages and it gives you a Purolator QR code… Apparently this is the only location in Vancouver that takes this type of return. All you need to do is use the machine at this location, scam QR and drop off label and the item, you’re done. Hope this helps.

This has become a Notice Delivery company. I have not received my last 3 packages. For each package I only received a post-it on my mailbox. The first I did not had the time to pick it up and they sent my products back. The second I went and picked it up myself and had to pay Uber and waste my time and the third I am struggling right now with both phone and chat to get it delivered. Contacted numerous times. and the call center agents lie that the package will be sent but it's not. Lot's of lost packages and lies. The management is failing this in glory. If you order something, leave a note in the order that Canada post should be used. They are more reliable.

Requested a redelivery, for the same week, confirmed, then no, contacted their customer service probably 10 times in the past 2 weeks. They never seem to know when their product gets delivered, no timeline whatsoever. Every time I contact them they give me a different story. This company can’t be trusted, they don’t know what they are doing. UPDATE 08/11/22 - meant to be redelivered today after countless phone calls. They left a « we’re sorry we missed you » note. When in fact I’m at home. No one pressed the buzzer nor called my phone. Well done Purolator.

I went into the Pender St. location in Vancouver. I had an Amazon refund with the return label on the box. One person working and a long lineup. People were leaving. After 25 minutes and three customers ahead of me, I had had enough. I asked the employee if I could just leave my Amazon refund and she said yes! No signs saying that Amazon refunds with printed labels can be just put on the conveyor belt and leave. I was told that they get a lot of Amazon refunds, but yet no signs. The worst customer experience in a long time. I will never consider/recommend Purolator for shipping.

I wish I could go minus five stars. Awful experience. Every month a shipment of dog food comes. Every single time the driver's dont buzz and leave and I have to contact customer support (the virtual assistance does not work). It still takes on average 3+ calls to get the delivery sorted out. Every other package delivery service drops off at our apartment with zero issues. Never problems with Amazon, Fresh Prep, UPS, or Canada Post. 100% issue rate with Purolator.
