Delivery according to the deadlines displayed on their website. However, where it goes royally wrong is that they leave the package(s) outside the door and don't make sure someone is there. Previously, if there was no response, they left with the package and we had to pick it up at their depot. Now they leave outside the door and leave. Parcel theft has therefore increased considerably.
