Complete and absolute garbage. Our busy e-commerce business ships our domestic shipments with Purolator. They missed their pickup on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, then today failed to deliver an extremely time sensitive package that we paid extra for express shipping to ensure it would arrive today. Driver marked the package as address incorrect, even though Purolator comes here for pickups every day and we are a well known business on this route. I inquired at 4PM on getting the package delivered, then waited around until 7PM. Multiple phone calls, nobody can bother to bring it out here. Today is the last day we ship anything via Purolator, will be taking our business elsewhere.

EDIT if I could be putting zero Stars I would. It was nice that customer care reached out to me to see what the problem was, but when they came back, they came back with the loophole excuse that because I dropped it off on a Saturday it doesn't ship out until on monday. I'm not really sure why an employee would tell me that 24-hour service was available, or at least warn me that it wouldn't go out until Monday but I definitely paid 24 hours.... For it to take 3 days to get there. .. and just so everybody knows if you want 24-hour service over the weekend it's even more. It was $50 for a small vial that fit in an envelope to go over three provinces.... I can't imagine how bad they would gouge you if you actually wanted the 24-hour service that's**actually** 24 hours The customer service was good that's the only reason they get one star. Paid for one day shipping on a milk sample so time was of the essence... $50 for an envelope sk to on. Sent sat am got there tuesday afternoon. Super glad I paid for one day shipping....

They provide the worst service in Canada. Without providing home delivery they will take you to their service centre. I was at home but they marked that I was not home to receive the parcel. They could have left the parcel at the door. I had to go to their warehouse from 33rd St W to Airport! Not a single phone number with a human agent, bots answer calls.

This is a rogue company that never delivers clients goods rather ensure their staff steals your shipment and never compensates you. Tracking number is 49984522554 for confirmation. Stay away, your shipment will be missing and they will never approve your claim

We were expecting our fireplace stand on Monday but it never showed, only to get a notification that no one was home to recieve it which was not true as I was home all day and we have a door bell camera, then we get our 2nd notification to say we can pick up at the depot so we go Tuesday to pick up and we're told it's on the truck for delivery for Wednesday again no delivery so hubby gets 3rd notification to pick up and again no one tried to deliver today as I've been home all day. I will say that Shannon has been excellent in trying to make this right.
