This is the worst carrier there is in Sept-Iles. They can't even tell us where our packages are. They don't even come to deliver to my house 8 km from the city and it takes a terribly long time to get my packages. If I could, I would file a complaint for incompetence and false advertising because they say they deliver everywhere and they don't. It is indicated that they tried to deliver me and it is totally wrong. They leave my parcels only several days, even several weeks after the notice, failed delivery attempt

1 star is already too much. Almost all packages sent to us by Purolator arrive very very late. Instead of taking a week, it takes 2-3 or even more and Puro can't even tell us where our package is! The worst is that he disappears at the last stage of delivery, 20 km from our home. We have seen that it sometimes goes in a completely different direction to finally come back. The service is terrible, no professionalism. I pity the employees who have to respond to complaints pcq it's not their fault. Companies like Amazon should ban shipments by Purolator. On our side, we have little control over choosing the shipping method when ordering online.

Where to start ? Impossible to respect the "normal" deadlines on the north coast, especially Port-Cartier and Sept-iles. Parcels that should be delivered on Friday are often done on Monday or Tuesday depending on the sector of the city. There (July 18 and 19, 2022) he seems to have returned the transport (van) twice to Quebec because they are not able to have access to their dock to unload the packages. -So they returned (the van full of parcels 700km to the starting point... 2 times). If that's true, it's really pitiful. -Really disappointed with Purolator.
