Had a larger item shipped from the other side of Canada and it arrived before the estimated delivery date and tracking was up to date the entire time. Also relieved my item wasn’t damaged after the long trip. Surprised to see so many 1 star reviews

Driver doesn't even attempt to contact you - just leaves missed delivery notice. It seems as though the drivers do this repeatedly (according to other Google reviews on here) but Purolator does nothing to solve this issue. Customer service rep will not let me report the driver and keeps making excuses. Would not recommend using Purolator if you have other choices. If you have no other choice I would recommend waiting outside for your package and be prepared to chase the delivery truck when the driver doesn't even attempt to deliver your package :)

Delivery driver "attempted delivery" even though signature was released meaning it could be left at the door. No door tag left. This item is a Christmas gift that has been in their possession 10 days now and was only coming from the mainland to Vancouver island. Called in a couple times and waited 30 minutes+ on hold. Requested to hold the item for pick up. Was told next day would be available for pickup. Never got a notification so called in again. Rude customer service agent said it might be ready tomorrow, and if not, after Christmas. Too bad so sad, essentially.

Very disappointed that shipping estimates aren't even close to what's promised. The vendor did their job procuring product then based delivery on estimate Purolator provided them. Told 26 July ship date, then once ordered it changed to Aug 2. That day came and went, with no package. After endless automated menus I finally got a person who still couldn't tell me snatching except the package has been sitting in my hometown warehouse dance 5am this morning. I asked if I could pick it up, but was told they had no info on package as it's delivery was now assigned to another 3rd party company that I was not available. Think twice about ordering online when Purolator is the delivery agent unless you want misleading delivery dates by over a week. Still have not received anything or any form of customer service and support.

Delivery drivers never even attempt to deliver the package and just automatically write the slip and force you to pick it up. I might as well just skip the middle man and go right to the facility and save us all time. Fedex is better.
