Their customer service is terrible. Delivery driver came and didn't even make any attempt to knock at the door before dropping " We missed you Delivery note" despite the fact that I was in. I later called their customer service and was assured that the driver had been paid and informed to make a second delivery unfailingly today after I explained how important it's to have the packaged delivered today. I even volunteered to go and pick up at their office before the closing time but was told not to bother. I have been waiting for the past 5 hours and the package was never delivered. I just called thier customer service again, and was informed that the driver couldn't make it to my place again, and there wasn't any communication. Unfortunately, tomorrow is a public holiday and the earliest time to pick up will be in 4 days time. The package contains working tools that are needed tomorrow. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Purolator has long been my least favourite shipping service. No matter where I’ve lived in Canada they have horrible service. This latest situation is what finally made me write a review because I am beyond frustrated. I ordered a iPhone through Rogers which unfortunately uses Purolator services. My phone arrived in the city two days ago and was apparently sent out for delivery and was unsuccessful - the online portal claimed yesterday that someone would be in touch with my reschedule the delivery. But the thing is - no delivery was attempted. I have been home all week. I haven’t received a single call to indicate the first delivery attempt (no slip left either) and I haven’t received any since then to “reschedule”. So I try to chat with someone online to rearrange - only to be dropped by the virtual assistant 3 times. I tell myself to just call - it takes my nearly 5 mins to get through ANOTHER virtual assistant when all I want to do is talk to a human being. Then I’m told I need to wait over 30 minutes to talk to someone. No. This is completely ridiculous. Perhaps you should actually try to deliver the packages when you say you do - it would save everyone a lot of headache. I already avoid Purolator like the plague when I have a choice and this is solidifying that choice.

Missed delivery time and time again paid extra money for 2 day shipping and probably wont get it for another 3 even though my package is in our city. Even went ahead and opted for no signature and to leave it at the door and they still fail to do that. This isn’t the first time and I’ll be making an effort to never ship with them again.

My Package was out for delivery today and my wife was waiting inside. She saw the driver come to the door and leave . She went outside to stop him from leaving and he said ” he banged on the door”. He did not bang on the door we also have door bell that was never pressed. He then told my wife that she couldn’t sign for it because it wasn’t in her name which shouldn’t be an issue we’re she lives at that address.

Wanna shout out to purolator boy Cliff that delivers and picks up parcels at party city in SJ NB. Very friendly, nice sweet and great service. 😊 I'm going to miss seeing you everyday!!! 😢
