Terrible service. If sending to U.S use UPS or FedEx. Purolator in U.S uses third party service to deliver (UPS). The employee at the desk put the wrong address on the paperwork, when I went back to have him correct it, he just wrote on the paperwork & said it’s ok, a new label will be printed with correct address. The package was held up in Customs and after a week it was finally released & delivered to the wrong address ( a new label was not printed). My son has not received the package as of yet because it went to wrong address. I also paid for overnight delivery service, delivered before 9am. $145 that’s with 1/2 price discount for Holiday service. Never again
