Rachel is the probably the nicest customer service rep ever. She went out of her way to make us smile. The drivers are always prompt and counteous. Very happy customer.

It is extremely disappointing that Purolator drivers call and do not leave message. I get endless telemarketers and I I do not recognize the number, I do not pickup. If Purolator left a message I would call back immediately.
