Great place, not sure why the ratings are low. It was as fast as can be, they went above and beyond what I asked for. They have strict guidelines to follow with COVID. Only 2 groups at a time inside the place. Massive facility. You can call and ask for your parcel to be held there for pick up. I would recommend picking up if you need it urgently.

Horrible experience, 0 care for customer and 0 attempt to find solutions. I was supposed to have a package delivered on Monday, and after waiting for it the whole day, I go to an old email to track the delivery and apparently they were missing the buzzer code, no warning or call to find a solution on time. Fine, I update it on the website via the virtual assistant, it promises that everything is good now. Next day goes by, nothing delivered, no notification either. I call them (1hr on the phone) explain the situation and they tell me the information is still being processed but they REASSURE ME they'll deliver it next day by evening (Wednesday). Wednesday passes by and no sign of the package, no notifications. I call again and the super unhelpful man on the line tells me there is no way the package will make it before Friday. And that I can't pick it up anywhere neither. I had explained to the colleague the day before it was important to have it as soon as possible, by Thursday tops. He only replies he can't answer for this colleague, which basically means one of them wasn't doing his job fairly. One provided a false promise, and the second provided zero interest in resolving the situation. If it wasn't important and work related I wouldn't be calling day after day, so try to understand your customer. 'Only thing you can do is wait' - If I knew this last Friday I would have driven myself to the package during the weekend.

Arrived at 2:46PM on a Sunday. I was 3rd in line but one the lady was good enough to look after my drop off quickly. Sorry no photo of the inside. The customer area is small if you ask me.

Choose their express service and they still leave my package at the airport office, did not deliver to my address at all!! Then why I need the express service??? Also, extreme slow service at their office, 3 staff inside but the line didn’t move at all. Wait outside and it’s cold, consider your customers.

Every single comment about Purolator delivery service is a fact. I have never been delivered a package from them, they only post "missed delivery" pick up your package it has been sent to their pick up location. It is true, they don't care about customer service, even the response messages to customer complaints reply... Sorry for your bad experience, contact us again with your locator notice and we'll try to remedy it. Come on Purolator, get your driver's to actually try to contact the customer, they repeatedly fail at a simple task... "using a buzzer code"? Wow, so difficult, too time consuming to do that and have to bring it up to a multi floor building. Hire more drivers and stop having them make a quota perhaps? Only so many hours in the day, they're probably overloaded with parcels and not enough time to personally deliver each one so placing a "pick up" notice is the result. Do better Purolator... :⁠-⁠[ Oh, I have my shiny new pick up notice as well, see you soon... :⁠-⁠P Your competitor ***Ex came for 2nd delivery attempt, they were successful... Be like ***Ex and deliver on time or next day.
