Purolator has moved 12-15 minutes from old location which is an extra 24-30 minutes round trip, ok… a business decision. Their signage outside is “hello” in 8 different languages. I was there at 2:58pm August 3rd. I said a bright and friendly “Good Afternoon”… to the lady at the desk. NOTHING back to me whatsoever. I asked for a receipt “ please” again nothing. I said thank you and turned to leave. I heard a low murmur, no idea what she said. Friendly 😳 place. I’ll go to UPS in the future where there’s an option to do so, it’s closer and they’re happy when I walk in their door

Need to drop off my amazon return. I don't have a printer at home to print the label. Fortunately for me, the lady in the counter happily printed the label for me. The transaction lasted not even five minutes.

Had the worst experience ever. Had 7 shipped from Newfoundland to Alberta. 4 boxes sent to Fort Saskatchewan and 3 boxes sent to Grande Prairie. 5 of the 7 boxes were damaged. Also the contents in the boxes that have Sentimental value were broken up. Items from my late grandmother and from other memorable times that can never be replaced. I will never use Purolator again for such valuable items.
