Every time I get a parcel delivered from this Purolator I have issues. When I went to pickup my parcel the staff was great and helpful, but why am I going to get my parcels in the first place. The day of supposed "delivery" I was home and heard no ring, and no call. The following day my parcel was again "attempted" at 7 am, and yet again. No ring, no call, nothing. My suspicion is the driver made no attempt knowing full well I'd have to go and get my package... Had this been a single incident I wouldn't be leaving this review. But over the years I have not yet had a good experience. Not once. Clearly it's too much work for the driver to drive the parcel AND get out of his truck for delivery. From now on I will avoid Purolator. 4 stars go to the staff at the depot, -2 stars go to the "driver".

I never write reviews, but after reading other reviews when trying to find the phone number of the local depot, I see many other complaints similar to mine. My wife and I were both home, but no knock on the door, just the "We're sorry we missed you" card put in the mailbox. Who's "we"? ...certainly not the driver! For the sake of 60 seconds of the driver's time to do his job that he is paid for and to provide the service that we pay for, now I have to be inconvenienced for about 30 minutes to pick up my package, which was time sensitive by the way and now not delivered on time. I will advise everyone I know to NOT use Purolator. I wanted to phone someone at the local depot so I could have the driver disciplined for not doing his job (if he did it to me he is likely doing it to everyone), but the only number to call is the 1-888 number and inconvenience yourself some more by waiting over 20 minutes to then spend another 10 minutes explaining what happened. All to save the driver's precious 60 seconds! Disgusting service!

Same experience as others. Home all day on Friday expecting a package. No door knock or doorbell ring and, simply marked as receiver not available. Also they are not open all weekend. So now I have to drive 20 mins pick up myself, on a weekday, and with a significant delay in receiving the package, when they could have just left the package at door in secure location as other companies do. Bad delivery company. Hopefully less online stores use them in the future.

The shipping label was prepared on the 11th, the package was out for delivery on the 14th, a Friday. There was an omission on the delivery address so the item returned to the warehouse. Even though the warehouse was open over the weekend the status change I requested to hold for pick up never changed. Many calls were made to purolater over the weekend and I was told they will get to making the update when they get to it. Monday morning three days later!!, still no change in status which prompted yet another call to purolater for help. I was told the same thing. This item came from Ont. to Mb. yet the delivery was going on a full 7 day week. Canada post would have been quicker and involved much less don't care attitude and hassle. I finally went to the warehouse without waiting for the status to update, told them I wanted my package and eventually received it. Pembina depot location has fast service and very helpful employees. Got all my questions answered and then some. It is interesting to note many of the negative google reviews here are against the courier shipping services and not this particular establishment.
