One of the worst courier company, they never deliver my parcels, even though I have been waiting for the whole day. Another courier service is always able to deliver parcels. A note was left on my door saying that I can collect my parcel on November 11. When I came to the pickup parcel, the location was closed. They should have mentioned on the note that the pickup location will be closed or reduced hours should have been mentioned. I tried seeing employees and they were trying to hide from me. Purolator always provides the worst service.

They donā€™t attempt delivery sometimes. Their pickup locations are ridiculously far gone. Iā€™m going to start reading every companies return policy form now on because I refuse to go to their far beyond inconvenient locations to pick up an order they refused to deliver. I will never order from a company now that will not allow a return to sender for refund. ā€œ If there's anything we can help you with, please email us directly.ā€ Maybe say what you can help with rather than asking, because thereā€™s nothing you can help with. There will always be drivers who wonā€™t deliver. The pick up location will always be at the airport where nobody lives. Worst part about it is, they couldnā€™t find my order when I went to go pick it up. So, now not only was it not attempted to be delivered, now itā€™s lost.

Consistently poor service for many years. Even after calling in for direct instructions somehow the drivers don't get the information or don't care to do a good job. The company definitely needs better management, logistics, communication and make sure their drivers have data/access to up to date information (ie. A company wide sharing system, paid phone program, etc). If they already have, then I guess constant retraining is the issue or hiring. UPDATE: Purolator, your comment is hilarious! I already cancelled the order due to your poor CX service. More nonsense from Purolator.

Tracking slightly sketchy. Shipment was delayed, called the purolator office and was told I could come pick up my package in person. I agreed, and went to pick it up...only to no avail. The front desk told me they could not locate my package. Made a trip for no reason...shipment came 5 days after expected date. Glad it came, felt like a hassle.

Actually this has more to do with their service than the place. They charge you 36$ for a one way parcel, so mine was 72$ for a pick up and drop. They don't call you when they come for pick up. They don't call you when they drop off the package. For pick up I had to then drop it off cos the person rings the bell once, doesn't have an answer, sticks a sticker on your door and runs away. For drop off same story, I was at home, I suppose they knocked/ rang bell, stuck the sticker saying we were not there and dashed back to their vehicle to run away. I had to wait for 3 days to pick it up cos it was a Friday and the package would be ready for pick up only on Sat evening and they are closed Sunday so it was to be on Monday. Anyways I asked a few people and they said that's how it works. Very surprising to me cos I come from 3rd world country and there the courier person would call you 10times and deliver to you even if you are in the next community and all that for 10$ . I suppose first world problems. Edit 1: I had to edit since I could not comment on the owners comment. Let me clarify this the first time I had a pick up the person actually called me to tell me they would be coming at another time and not the time I had asked for. So please dont tell me that they dont call, they can call if they want to. they have our number and they have phones too. Your attitude in your answer shows you are not going to do anything to enhance customer experience and its sad that first world country citizens are actually accepting such low standards. The only reason I had to opt for your services are because I had no other option.
