I was here to do Amazon return ( first time with the new QR code free return system) and also for a normal Purolator drop off, two ladies were working there this afternoon and they were helpful, service was courteous! I love how easy and efficient it was! I would recommend their service there! Just like how the other customer was saying.. not sure how there were so many bad reviews, I took the chance to come in today and I didnā€™t regret! It was on my way after my lunch and to my next destination, very convenient, love that they do open on Sundays till 4pm! Thank you.

This is by far the worst courier company I have ever used, they continuously lie to customers and should not be able to get away with it. My package was a week late, and I stayed home on the delivery day to receive the package as It was time sensitive and I needed it right away. Sure enough, like many of the other reviews Purolator did not even attempt to knock on my door or ring my door bell. I called customer support and they told me that the driver left a pick up slip at the door since I was not homeā€¦ there was no slip and I was within 10 ft of the door all day. So I called customer support. First customer support rep told me they were sorry and would expedite my delivery the next dayā€¦ but the first Purolator support rep lied! The package was not shipped so I called customer support again. When I called again, another Purolator support rep said there was no record of my call with the first rep. This is absolutely ridiculous and now I have the privilege of picking up my own package from a delivery company.

Worst courier service. I don't understand how you guys thinks it's okay to not call upon arrival. How am I supposed to know the delivery is here??? To miss the delivery while I am home is ridiculous, and this happens everytime something deliver from Purolator. You guys might as well just have people come pickup their package from your pickup point directly because this is a waste if time for both sides. To waste time delivering and do so in a way such that your clients never receive their delivery. Tried live chatting with the customer service. She pretty much confirmed that calls are never made upon arrival. And that's why they need a buzzer code. After I told her that there was no option to input the buzzer when I placed my online shopping order. She said that I can write it on address 2 so it prints on the label. Well if this is the case, then you should have made this method known to all of your clients. Not telling them after their failed delivery.

Normally I have decent service from Purolator given they are small packages/don't require signatures. Any packages that are larger and require signatures, some drivers do not even attempt delivery. We were home, heard no knocks or rings on the doorbell. Just ended up finding a note on the door stating "receiver unavailable".

This companyā€™s drivers donā€™t deliver. A number of months ago I had a delivery address in Coquitlam and twice they failed to deliver and I finally called to pick my item up at their office. Their expected delivery times were both at the end of the day. I was at the house both days waited. I am sure the drivers didnā€™t bother because they were running late and it was at the end of the day. Yesterday I was expecting an amazon package delivered to a condo and I was there all day and of course no show. They claimed unsuccessful delivery attempt and just put a sticker on my mailbox downstairs. No phone call or come up to knock on my door. The driver obviously didnā€™t want to bother going up the elevator to deliver my package or call me to come down to pick up. I took the slip to their office to pick up my package according to their specified date and time and I was told they donā€™t have it yet because the driver put a wrong available pickup date on their slip. I called Amazon to never use them for my future deliveries. From reading the other reviews, many people had the same experience. I would make sure all my future deliveries will be done by someone else. Something is wrong with their management. All their customer service replies were all standard cut and paste. Judging from my recent experience they have done nothing to improve their service. Staff at the front office were reasonable.
