I am having live plants shipped to me and paid for 1 day delivery to ensure they're still alive upon arrival. I recieved a missed delivery message. Have called 3 times and been on hold for over 30 minutes each call without getting a hold of anyone. It's impossible to reach customer service. Will not be using them again and will be posting to our local plant pages not to use Purolator in the future plant sales/purchases because it's a mistake.
