I want to share my very negative review of the work of the Pulorator employees. I received a notification on my phone that on September 16 my parcels were delivered to Brandon and you can pick them up. For example, Track number 333722488280. I arrived on the same day at 5:30 Pm, but the company's employees apparently did not want to work already (Friday evening, etc.) and they did not give me the parcel. They said that they did not see my parcels at the office, please come on Monday. I explained in the parcels the tool for my work, which I need to work on Sunday and Monday, also Monday is my working day. I work far away from Brandon and can't drive up anytime. Company owners or administrators, please pay attention to the work of your employees. Also, please tell me who will reimburse me for the two working days that I cannot work due to the lack of a tool that the employees of your company refused to give me. And please explain to me on what basis they refused to issue parcels to me? I arrived on a working day, during working hours, even on Friday evening.

brandon location. today is October 13. on their tracking system, my packaged arrived at their facility since October 11. and says they "tried" to deliver on October 12, and again today October 13th. I did not receive a ring, a call, a slip on the door saying that my package was being tried to be delivered. on the virtual chat, it tells you same day "redelivery attempt" can not be on the same date. BUT they never even tried. I will have to collect the package my self in their depot as I do not trust they will deliver. It is delivery services, but apparently it is "pick up in the local depot service" as they do not really deliver.

Very efficient delivery company. I was told that my order was delayed by a natural disaster in one of the Pronvinces in Canada. Based on that, I was expecting my order to arrive late than usual. What a pleasant surprise when I received a call from Purolator that my order has arrived!!! 2 days earlier than expected!!! It was amazing! I will always rate this company high for this singular gesture. Their staff are also friendly and competent. It doesn't take me 30 seconds to claim my order in their office. Thumbs up 👍 👌 👏

Had no problems with purolator until my recent order. It's been 3 days and my order still hasn't arrived yet, no attempted delivery to my apartment.

Worst service ever. The lady didn’t understand the printed purolator label i gave her. And she looked at me with disgusted face, then a the lady game and help me with no issues.
