The last three things I have ordered have been shipped purolator. They have all been late. One was three months coming and I even got a refund for the product since the company assumed it had been lost. If you want to receive your packages please choose a different shipping company.

Pretty much every day we ship and receive multiple documents from our home in Lincoln, through Purolator's Fredericton Office. The driver Daniel always drives through the neighborhood in a safe manner, arrives with a big smile and is an absolute pleasure for us to deal with. We have never had a bad experience in shipping/receiving our packages, and would like to say a big thank you to Daniel for his extraordinary service and attitude!!

Just leave the package at the house like every other delivery service. Impossible to get through to talk to an actual human being. I now have to drive 40 minutes to get a sim card. Awesome job.

Terrible service. Package sat in a warehouse for 2 days, then I was told (after being on hold for 30 minutes) that it had no label. If it had no label, how did it get scanned into the warehouse? No explanation. I had yo go get it from the warehouse. Never again will my business ship with Purolator.

I was waiting for my package on Wednesday all day at home, it was a false delivered. the next day I received a notification that will be deliver, I live in an apartment building so the driver just put the comment FRONT DOOR DELIVERED, it took me 5mins, surprisingly there was NO PACKAGE at the front door. No one answer the phone to resolve this situation. The worst service ever!!!
