I requested Amazon years ago to stop shipping to my address with purolator as they would never deliver on time, lose my packages, ding dong ditch on anything needing signatures, leave my parcel at the facility and never actually put it on the delivery truck when I’d have someone at home all day waiting for the parcel. Anytime I order online and get the tracking number from purolator I wince about the headache future me will have to deal with. This time I had my package delivered to the completely wrong house on the wrong street. Even if you misread my address there is no logical reason my parcel was delivered to that address.

Update Sept 28\21, I've used Amazon chat to request they not use Purolator in my town for my deliveries. Ther was no struggle in having this done, time will tell if I receive another Purolator delivery or not. Update Oct 25'22, I've had 2 packages from Purolator in a year so contacting Amazon has done the trick. My experience is similar to most here: I get a notification from Amazon that a delivery was attempted. I look at my phone and see no recent phone calls. You can't even go pick up the package same day from them.

Congratulations on being the worst delivery company in GP!! Not sure why they call themselves a courier company because they can neither deliver nor even attempt to. Whether you have the right or wrong address, it doesn't really matter because you will have to pick the parcel or whatever you're expecting everytime. Not sure why companies like Amazon, Zara and others even contract them out because it defeats the purpose of online shopping. If you scoll down in the reviews, you'll obviously notice that my review is not biased but another bad review that they will probably reply with a copy paste message just like everytime and go on with their day. I hope their rating keeps going down to zero stars maybe and only maybe they can start realzing how bad of a job they're doing on daily basis.

Can’t speak for others but they deliver medication on time, every time and never missed a delivery in the last 3 years on every Thursday. Nice courier lady always brings my dog a treat also, great people and service IMO.

Only 1 time out 6 or mores times Purolator actually delivered a parcel to me. The rest of the time they let the phone ring once then hung up and left. Sometimes they left a note and other times not. If I had a choice I would never use them again but Amazon continues to use them much to my dismay. May 12 post Since they have a new driver it's been pretty good. Even when the buzzer wasn't working he called me and I was able to get my parcel. Today he delivered a parcel from Rona and he's always polite and helpful. One of the issues I have with Purolator is the inability to change a delivery date because it's impossible to change online, reach anyone by phone on either the toll free & the local #s. That's not a driver problem it's a communication issue.So I'm changing my rating to reflect the improvement in delivery but not the other issue.
