The lady I picked up my order from was extremely kind and friendly. I had finished work and forgot my proof of address however with all the other info I had on me she was understanding and knew that I wasn't stealing anything. She allowed me to pick up my package and saved me about an hour, thank you again.

My worst delivery service: They always come without preview; They never leave my stuff at the door; They are Saturdays closed for pick-up; You always feel sorry for the stress at their base😩

It is very frustrating that some big companies choose purolator as their shipping company, the receivers are just forced to receive the horrible service. I been writing emails and calling them to make my address exact, to avoid any mistakes and to have my parcel delivered on the estimated day. Been up since the morning doing nothing just waiting for the mailman to knock the door. Nothing, I DIDN'T EVEN SEE THE TRUCK PASSING BY. And on the webpage they say the receiver is not available. DO WE LIVE IN DIFFERENT PARALLEL UNIVERSE??? So I went out walking around the house, and of course it was attempted to deliver to a different unit!! The person did not even try to find where is my unit and just delivered to my neighbor. People are so used to just do the minimum work, i am so sick of this.

Still waiting for some communication from this office. I have received packages from this Puraltor location before, once a package was dropped off at the door, another time a package was delivered to the local post office. A package was supposed to be delivered to me on Jan 21. I received a phone message from Puralator that evening saying they needed my apartment or suite number. Where they suddenly got the idea that I have an apartment is beyond me but I returned their call and left a message on the extension they provided. I checked the post office yesterday to see if the parcel had since been delivered there. It wasn’t so I called and left another phone message yesterday. Still have not received a callback from them, since Jan 21. Horrible customer service. I have now had to cancel my Amazon Prime Membership which guarantees 2-day delivery because of the incompetence of this carrier. I am still waiting for a callback and delivery even though they are posting on Amazon tnat they have been in contact with me daily to arrange delivery!!

Purolator is never on time and making me loose money and time . Don't waste your money choosing next day delivery. It will 99% not come the next day.
