The location of this business is ideal. Little to no traffic and lots of parking for customers. We had to drop off a package, took it inside and were taken care of right away. The young lady that helped us was exceptional. She walked us through the computer terminal and answered all of our questions promptly. Great service here and we will use this place again!

I am very disappointed with the delivery service. I had purchased an item that was to use Purolator as the deliverer and they won't deliver to my door as my road is under construction. Amazon delivered to my house yesterday no problem. Now I have to drive over 1.5 hours both ways with my newborn baby to pick up my package at the depot. And they won't ship to my PO Box. I paid for shipping so that I wouldn't have to make the trip.

If there were an option to rate it zero stars I would. My delivery was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. It's still sitting somewhere in the city. Have spoken to 3 agents and done several chats. The agent I spoke with today informed me that the agent I spoke with yesterday forgot to provide my phone number when they requested the terminal to contact me to schedule delivery because it is a heavy item. It weighs 52 lbs. Isn't that what dollies are for? I just want to pick it up myself at this point.

Can’t leave a zero rating. My best advice is DO NOT USE this COURIER! Purolator delivered a package, a box of books, to my house and left it in the rain. No plastic bag, as you get from other courier companies. Just left it to soak up the water and destroy the contents. I have a covered porch, and the door is left open for deliveries. Every other courier puts packages in the porch. Apparently too much of an effort for purolator When I tried contact them it is a 45 minute wait on the phone. While waiting I engaged the “chat” option. No better. Tammy H. Left the conversation without resolving the issue. I am left with the distinct impression that this company cares 0% about it customers. UpDate: look at the response below. Classic. Won’t take the slightest bit of responsibility. I did connect with Amazon and they offered a replacement. They also promised that they would no longer have purilator deliver to me. I didn’t know such a thing could be done. If it can be done for me it can be done for you. I encourage everyone to make this request.

Extremely lazy and arrogant couriers. I live in a condo, there was no delivery attempt or delivery notice left. I was only kept updated via the tracking ID. I cringe when anyone other than Amazon delivers packages to me.
