Worst courier company ever. Package was out for delivery. Suddenly it's delayed due to extreme weather. It's sunny and clear. I get told by customer support after waiting on hold for 45 minutes to go to my local depot the next day to get my package if I want it before next week. I go there this afternoon only to be told that they cannot find my package and to try again on Monday. What did I pay you for again Purolator? Another half asked delivery is what. Ridiculously poor service and its not the first time. I'll never use this horrible company ever again.

I was home when Purolator "attempted" a delivery. But it was "inaccessible" because the buzz code was not on the shipping label. Buzz codes are listed by the intercom to my building, but the driver only will use the buzz code IF he sees it on the label! It is not his job to look at the directory. (Our superintendent says that Purolator has gotten a lot of complaints here because the delivery person makes no effort.) UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, etc. all know how to use the buzz code directory list. I wondered if the driver even bothered to come to my address since he didn't leave a slip announcing the attempted delivery (I was notified by email via Amazon.) The nice lady at Customer Service said they don't leave those slips in order to protect customer info. However there are two such slips by the intercom this very day! I found her making excuses like the buzz code has to be included in the mailing address and it's not their policy to leave attempted delivery slips as flimsy excuses for the driver's lack of effort. I phoned Purolator to make sure my buzz code is added to the shipping label. Now I have to be home all day tomorrow and hope for the best. Tracking ID: HLH003220674

The worst experience you could have with a logistics company. Still waiting for our package; now it’s day 10, and no one has ever contacted us. The only way to get an update on our package is to wait 40+ minutes to speak with customer service. Talked with 6 customer services agents and 2 supervisors and made zero progress. One of the supervisors promised me it would be delivered in 48h, but still no one showed up. Another one even suggested we contact the seller to send another one. Sure, so you can hold another package of mine??? What a bright idea. How come the logistic company with such terrible services marks itself as the leading logistic provider?

Editing my first post. Apparently the driver could not finish their route for two days and my package didn't get delivered until the third day it was on the truck. Two previous days were "missed delivery". Called the phone number and left on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up the first day I didn't get my package. Called again second day and finally got through. This is when I was finally informed of what happened. Questions: was the driver filling in for someone on holidays and didn't know the route so couldn't finish on time? Were the supervisors giving the delivery agents more work than they could possibly get done in one day? The customer had no way of knowing and is left with no package for two days. How about more a more detailed mssage than 'failed delivery". How about stating why the package was not delivered. Like "couldn't find adress" or "too much to do today." Three days? I work for Canada Post. I never have a package on my truck after the day is over.

Start calling your customers when you're delivering. It's not my problem that your tech can't get in and my building doesn't have a buzzer installed. A simple call saying " I'm here please let me in" would change your 2.2 stars rating. Unbelievable!!!
