Purolator customer service is non-existent. Purolator attempted to deliver a parcel today. The front of our condo is temporarily under construction and access is possible only by the rear entry. I'm told they will reschedule another date/time. I would much prefer to pick up my parcel from the depot. I was on hold for over half an hour trying to connect with a live person to tell them, with no response. Trying to set up notifications online or on mobile is impossible. I would not use them myself.
