Lady in the purolator depot at the mall is great but..come on.. went to pick up a parcel I had delivered there for pick up and went before 6 pm (on friday) sign said this location is temporarily closed at 5..I'm guessing it's due to lack of staff but it's really unacceptable imo.

Waiting for three days straight to receive a very important package that is necessary to prepare a piece of farming equipment. Time sensitive. For three days straight delivery was supposedly attempted but never saw the truck. I'm assuming the driver simply doesn't want to venture past Dalhousie, NB. Will likely avoid purolator at all costs.

Ordered from Newegg paid for fast shipping, package was supposed to be here on Thursday, was delayed. Package scheduled to arrived on Friday, Purolator didn't delivered because of an "emergency", can't pick up my package that is in Bathurst because apparently they are closed. Will be delivered on Monday if it happens. Bathurst seems to be a problem location from all the reviews that I see? When will someone do something about this location? Very disappointed in Purolator.

Literally the worse delivery service, habitually fails to make deliveries, loses packages and lies about it. If I had the option I would never use them, I cringe whenever I see that they are the delivery service being used, knowing that nithing will go smoothly.
