Worst service ever! I paid to have my birth certificate send to my by priority mail. Apparently they use purolator to deliver their stuff. Waited all day for it and never left home. The delivery driver did not knock on my door and left a notice on my door to pick my birth certificate up 4 DAYS LATER! I have an appointment to get my passport tomorrow and no birth certificate to get it with due to Purolator. I spoke with a supervisor who could not get it pulled from a truck and now they cannot find my document. I will probably miss my trip due to the incompetence of this company. I offered to meet the driver anywhere or pick my document up anywhere which they couldn't do. It's a holiday weekend and I should have had my document today! I am so frustrated and upset with these people.

What a joke this company is you get a parcel delivered to you and the bag is torn and there's no product. They sorry about the inconvenience but you have to call the place you ordered from and deal with it. Purolator looses your product and makes you deal with it. What a useless company a ripoff and lousy customer service. Use canada post

My experience with Purolator Belleville Tank Farm Location has been unacceptable and very unprofessional. I have been waiting for a package since Monday Sept 26. I have been tracking it daily since Monday. I have witnessed the truck drive by 3 times and it will not stop to deliver my package. Each time within 5 minutes of it driving by I receive an email notification saying it's delayed to due weather or delayed in transit. Mon. I spent over an hour on hold and still nobody has answered my call they said that they attempted to deliver my package but nobody buzzed up to my apartment and no notice was left behind I even tried the virtual assistant online and and no customer service rep even showed up for that.. I'm still trying to get ahold of Purolator to find my package and still nobody is answering the phone and they are going to be closed soon and I can't get through to anybody.. not impressed Absolute horrible customer service there is no customer service at this place at all I don't even think anybody works there for real

Awful. Said they had notified me twice when I was not home on first attempt to deliver. I cannot get a phone number for the local office from the toll free contact. Automated service has me on hold for hours. Wanted home delivery so I would not have to drive 50 miles!
