If I could give 0 stars I would. They "attempted" to deliver my package to my apartment while I was home. Never called me but said they did or knock on my door. They were able to get into my building as they left a note on my mailbox but for some reason couldn't take the elevator up to my suite. I called and asked for a redelivery which the woman was very kind and said no problem. I sat home all day waiting for the package and it never came and now I have to apparently pick it up. I had this same issue at my last address where they claim to call but never do then I have to go pick it up when I've paid for delivery.

Purolator needs to hire better drivers. If I have something being delivered by them I know it won't be coming. They say they attempt a delivery or they say its a wrong address. Every other delivery company can find us & deliver our packages.

Drivers in Chilliwack never do their job. Every package says ‘delivery couldn’t be made’. Why not? We were home. Driver doesn’t even bother to park and push the buzz code. Why? Why so incompetence? It’s so frustrating.

I'd love to give the counter staff a 5-Star review if Google Map could let me rates them separately, but I can't, If you are the counter staff who saw this review, please don't get me wrong, this review is not aimed at you. Purolator is an extremely terrible courier company, the courier driver will never deliver the package to your door step, hell they don't even have any number for you to call, the website customer service will never help you solve the problem, Their only responsible thing is to telling you: I'm sorry there's nothing we can do. It's even more ridiculous that the Purolator's website bot requires you to rate them before you can ever talke to a human customer service. The poor efficiency could let them spand a whole week to process a request small as changing the unit number. I will never use Purolator if I got anyorher choice. First use will be my last use, not to mention they will just say under your comment: Hello ******, thank you for taking the time to write this review. We apologize for any inconvenience stemming from this situation, just trust me, they don't really care about your suggestions or ideas.

Purolator Abbotsford drivers do not do their job. They do not attempt to make delivery. Unaware of my item, the location calls and gives a last warning to grab your package. Because, the drivers do not leave a notice, call, or even bother to attempt delivery.
