*** Edit to respond: I had tracking. I signed up for alerts. 8am to 9pm is a HUGE window and honestly isn't helpful. Driver did knock, I was at work, on the phone. I answered the door 3 minutes later and driver/truck were gone. No notice sticker left (cause if driver had taken the time to write one I would have caught him/her). I did contact after I was notified it was left for pick up, redelivery was not offered. I was basically told it was my problem to pick it up now. Sadly Intelcom is doing a better job right now then you guys are. But thanks for trying to make it out that I'm the problem. Cheers! *** No alert the driver was even coming, nothing to help pinpoint when he would arrive. When he did knock, I was on a work call and couldn't get the door. When I did, 3 minutes later, no truck or ticket left. Without even contacting me, they arranged for it to be sent to a pick up location. The notification made it seem like that's what I requested, when not once have I received a phone call from Purolator. I know I live rural, but really? Oh and apparently trying to deliver once means they will not try again and I have to pick up. I wouldn't be mad if I had at least been consulted! Oh and now I have less then 5 days to pick up. So that's nice.

My wife was expecting a package for a new job. Patiently sat waiting. No knock on the door, no ringing doorbell, just a tag in the mailbox saying it couldn't be delivered. After numerous calls, best we could agree to was for us to pick it up at this depot, on a Saturday, even though we live on the East side of town. This was completely unacceptable & my wife did advise her new employer of this inconvenience. Get better Purolator

I had my wallet sent to this location and when I explained that the item that required photo ID contained my ID the guy that served me, Justin, didn't offer any solutions. In fact this individual and his coworker have me serious attitude and refused to accept 2 pieces of mail with my home address on it- which the manager later confirmed could have been done. From the minute I walked in this location I could tell these two "customer service" employees did not fulfill any standard of service. No acknowledgment , no greeting. Then the issues expressed above. Get a different set of company representatives- these 2 are not it.

My flowers was supposed to be delivered yesterday & on the website it says it’s delayed due to weather conditions. Weather conditions, seriously it was plus 4 yesterday. Flowers were to be delivered to morinville. What a lie. My flowers were picked up Mon afternoon & sat at sorting facility & still sitting there. Called & spoke to agent & was told it would be delivered today. Probably another lie cause it doesn’t say it’s on the delivery truck
